Open house sign-in sheet is designed for all real estate agents to assist with getting potential buyers or sellers to sign-in and obtain all of their information, and also track their properties.
It is a great introduction and rapport builder that can be generated in less then a minute, and it saves paperwork.
This can be filled out by the agent, or client, and will help you gather all the necessary information to make them a client for life.
All prospective client information is linked to the specific open house location and stored on the device and can be retrieved for further processing in your office at your convenience.
A map is also available with pins displaying all current locations where Open Houses are scheduled. Tapping on the pin shows the associated address. This map can be displayed in three different modes standard, satellite and hybrid, a combination of the first two.
